The standard behind every listing

Verified by location. Never by assumption.

A chain may operate one restaurant around the clock and close another overnight. 24HourEats evaluates the exact address.

What qualifies

Current, location-specific evidence must show continuous food service across the full weekly schedule. Official and first-party sources receive priority.

Detailed hours always win

A generic “Open 24 Hours” badge is not enough when the same official page shows closing times. If any day includes a closure period, the location is excluded.

Restricted access is disclosed

A 24-hour drive-thru, hospital café or casino restaurant may qualify only when that food operation is verified around the clock and the access limitation is displayed prominently.

What we exclude

Late-night restaurants, brand-wide assumptions, conflicting schedules, provisional candidates, manually unverified records and locations that close for even a short overnight period do not appear publicly.

Gluten-free choices use a separate evidence standard

Only official menu or allergen documentation qualifies. We preserve terms such as Gluten-Friendly or “made without gluten-containing ingredients,” disclose cross-contact warnings, and never convert a choice into a celiac-safety claim.

Verification is a dated check

Hours change. Each listing shows when its official evidence was reviewed and links back to the source so visitors can confirm current details.
